wish I could tell you this was a tape of my rock band. But I’ve had
to come to terms with the fact that I’ll never be a singer. So these
are the closest I’ve got to a collection of greatest hits: stories
I’ve told and published over the years, that I thought you’d
enjoy. Some are sad, some are funny. Some of the stories on this tape
were originally broadcast on NPR's All Things Considered, or published
in the New York Times'Hers column.
